Floatfit is een high intensity training (HIT) op een drijvende plank, de aquabase. Tijdens de oefeningen sta, zit of lig je op de plank, maar ook vaak ernaast. De golven die jij en de andere deelnemers maken door de oefeningen, maken het nóg lastiger. Als je daar niet fit van wordt!
