Floatfit is a high intensity training (HIT) on a floating board, the aquabase. During the exercises, you stand, sit or lie on the board, but also often next to it. The waves that you and the other participants make during the exercises make it even harder. If that doesn't make you fit!

Floatfit is een high intensity training (HIT) op een drijvende plank, de aquabase. Tijdens de oefeningen sta, zit of lig je op de plank, maar ook vaak ernaast. De golven die jij en de andere deelnemers maken door de oefeningen, maken het nóg lastiger. Als je daar niet fit van wordt!
